1. Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy applies to the following:

  • Digital Products & Subscriptions: This includes eBooks, downloadable guides, courses, and other digital content.
  • Physical Products: In the case that we offer physical products (such as printed books or promotional items), they may be eligible for return.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been downloaded, opened, or consumed in any way.

2. Time Frame for Returns

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns once the product has been downloaded. However, if there is an issue with the product (e.g., damaged files or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
  • Physical Products: If we sell physical products (such as books or merchandise), returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

3. Conditions for Returns

For physical products, we will only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For digital products, returns are not accepted unless there is a problem with the delivery or file integrity. In this case, please contact us within the return window for a resolution.

  3. Processing the Return: If your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds for physical products will be issued to the original payment method, while digital product issues will be resolved by sending a corrected version.

5. Refunds

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not typically available unless there is an issue with the file or content. In such cases, we will either provide a new file or offer a full refund.
  • Physical Products: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloadable digital content (once the download is complete)
  • Consumable items (such as supplements or food)
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
